Vendor Information

We are excited you are choosing to be a part of this day! 

​Things you need to know:

1.Set up will be Saturday morning at 8am. Doors open to the public at 9am. We will stay open until 12 noon.

 

2. You will be assigned a space for your inventory set up. You need to bring your own table. There will be room for at least 1-8ft table. If you prefer to rent a table from us, you can do so for $10. I have a limited number of tables available. Please text me at 918-803-3987 to reserve one. 

 

3. Creating a welcoming and attractive space will help bring customers to your booth. Tablecloths and  decor are encouraged. We have black and white tablecloths available for rental. If you would like to rent a tablecloth from us, you can do so for $10. Reservations on cloths must be made by Thursday evening so that they can be ironed for you. Please text me at 918-803-3987 to reserve one. 

4.  We do not collect a percentage of your sales, as you are responsible for all your money.  We recommend taking money in the form of cash or card. If you are taking a card, there are several digital money apps to assist you. Most vendors print out the QR code for each app and display it at their booth. Paypal, CashApp, Venmo are a few to consider.

​5. Invite your friends, family, and followers to come be a part of this day. There are 12 authors participating. If we each get 5 people in the door, that will be 60 potential new customers. So Share the news! This event is FREE to the public!

6. If you haven't sent photos of your book(s), please do so. I would love to help show off your work on our FB and Instagram page.
