The charm of Open Door Venue is no secret to our community. We always strive to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere to make your event memorable in the best of ways.  We operate The Nook at Open Door and also rent out a private party room. Our private room is great for a party of 20-120.

Parties & Celebrations 

 

Celebrate life here at Open Door Venue. We welcome it all. Family reunions, birthday parties, baby showers, wedding showers, receptions, class reunions, dances, graduation parties, holiday dinners and celebrations of life ceremonies. Need extra space? We have it. And we would love to help make your celebration lovely.

Weddings

 

Embrace the charm of Open Door Venue for your special day! Our unique courtyard, stage area and beautiful foyer, grants a warm welcome perfect for small to medium sized weddings. Our large room is a beautiful place to say "I do." And can easily transform into an open dance floor for a reception afterwards. The Bridal Suite is full of charm and comfort with it's own private bathroom, hair and makeup area, dress mantel, and extra seating for the bridal party to enjoy.   We provide  all tables and chairs in the arrangement you request. Our wedding ceiling is draped with the soft touch of fabric and the ambiance of patio lighting. When you have a wedding at Open Door, we give you private access the the building for the rented day(s). 

Meetings

 

Serving our community is a big part of Open Door. We welcome businesses and organizations, large and small, to partner with us for weekly or monthly meetings.  We are able accommodate conference seating or dining at your request. We have a stage in the Webster Grand, complete with sound system and a 65" TV for a presenter and free WiFi access. And our catering kitchen is always included with every rental. 

Event add ons 

1. 65 inch TV on rollaway stand. Can be used in any indoor area of the venue. This is an excellent option for adding pictures to music for a special occasion or for business presentations. $25

 

2. Portable Bluetooth Speaker and Microphone. Can be used in any area of the venue, including covered porch for outdoor sound or music.$25

 

3. 3 Door Backdrop for photos. Can be set up in any area of the venue. Props and camera not provided.  $25

4.  Table Cloths for round tables in white, gold, black or royal blue. $10 each

5. Coffee Bar: Includes  coffee brewer, Keurig, cups, coffee and supplies. $50

6. Centerpiece decor. $5-$22 per table.

 

7. Custom Balloon Garland starting at $75

8.  Floral chandelier $50

9. Hexagon Arbor white and green- $150

10. Aisle vases with plumes -$10 each

11. Chair Sash- choice of colors- $3 each

12. Glassware- $1 each

13. Silverware Set $1 each

14. Glass Drink jugs- $5 each

15. Tin bucket for iced drinks - $5 each
