The charm of Open Door Venue is no secret to our community. We always strive to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere to make your event memorable in the best of ways.  We offer versatility in pricing and scheduling hours to allow for your vision to manifest at the venue. Below are a few ideas of how we can serve you. 


Open Door Venue is the perfect place for a quaint  wedding to take place.  We have a room to  host the ceremony, reception with a catering kitchen, foyer and bridal suite.  We provide  all tables and chairs for up to 170 guests in the Webster Grand. This  large room can easily be transformed into a dance floor with a complete  sound system and mic.  Lawson Hall serves up to 72 seated guests for the reception. 


We host a variety of events at Open Door Venue. We are able to provide conference seating as well as dining  options. We have a stage in the Webster Grand, complete with sound system for a presenter. And our catering kitchen is always included in venue rental.  

Parties & Celebrations 

Celebrate life here at Open Door Venue. We welcome it all. Family reunions, birthday parties, baby showers, wedding showers, receptions, class reunions, dances, graduation celebrations, fundraisers and even holiday dinners. Need extra space? We have it. And we would love to help make your celebration lovely.

Lawson Hall

If you are hosting a small event, Lawson Hall may be an excellent option for you. This cozy area connects to our catering kitchen which is always included in your rental. This area can be arranged to meet the needs of a small gathering with room for a photo booth and gift table, or can seat up to 72 people at round tables for dining.

Monday- Thursday

$50 an hour (2 hour minimum)

Friday- Sunday

$75 an hour (2 hour minimum)

Entire Venue

The entire venue rental includes  Webster Grand, Lawson Hall, the catering kitchen, the foyer, the courtyard, a sound system for music and stage. We provide conference style seating in Webster Grand for up to 170 people. Round table dining in Webster Grand can accommodate up to 120 people.  When renting the entire venue, you can customize your seating needs in all rooms to match your event. 

Monday- Thursday

$250 for up to 4 hours

$450 up to 8 hours

$800 up to 16 hours

Friday- Sunday

$350 up to 4 hours

$650 up to 8 hours

$1200 up to 16 hours


This package allows the renter 2 days of access to the venue. This allows for wedding decorations to be done the day before the wedding and gives you a place to have your rehearsal and host a rehearsal dinner. This option takes the rush out of your wedding day. All for an affordable price of $1500.00 

You are not required to purchase this package in order to have a wedding with us. We are happy to talk with you about your specific ideas and needs. 

Event add ons 

1. 65 inch TV on rollaway stand. Can be used in any indoor area of the venue. This is an excellent option for adding pictures to music for a special occasion or for business presentations. $25


2. Portable Bluetooth Speaker and Microphone. Can be used in any area of the venue, including covered porch for outdoor sound or music.$25


3. Photo Booth Door Backdrop. Can be set up in any area of the venue. Props and camera not provided.  $25

4. 14'x 14' Bounce House to be set up in courtyard.  $100

5.  Table Cloths for round tables in white, gold, or royal blue.  $8 each

6. Commerical Coffee Pot and Keurig Mechine. $20

7. Coffee supplies including sugar, creamer, coffee, cups. $30

8. Centerpiece decor. $5-$12 per table.

9. Custom Balloon Garland starting at $75


10.  Full Grand room Transformation including Stage, 3 other walls, and ceiling $750

Please Note

Open Door Venue allows you to choose the time window for your event. This time window includes your set up and clean up time. Meaning you will have access only during this time.  The venue may schedule multiple events in one day, therefore we ask that you adhere to the agreed upon time frame. Additional time may be added at the regular base rate if available. Because Saturday is our most desirable day for longer events, we ask that shorter Saturday events (6 hours or less) choose a time slot either before 3pm or after 5pm. This will allow for us to have someone check and clean the facility between events.
