Thank you so much for accepting our offer to join us in the upcoming Wedding Showcase at Open Door Venue. We are looking forward to partnering with you to build a team of businesses who offer excellent services for weddings and other formal events, right here in Downtown Pryor!

Our goal for this showcase is to show potential couples what their event could be like here at Open Door. We will have the venue fully decorated like we would for a wedding or formal event.  You, the vendors, will be stationed throughout the building, set up with samples of your work as well as pricing and contact information. Sometimes, it is beneficial to offer a small discount, if the client books with you, durning the show.

I am offering set up times at your convenience between 1-5pm that day.  I would just like to know what time to expect you.  The show is from 6-8pm. I have a few rectangle tables available for vendors to use. Please let me know if you would like one.  We do ask that you make your area presentable for a formal event. You will need a tablecloth (You can rent from us- $10 charge to have my assistant iron and launder).

This show is open to the public for FREE. We do ask for you to help us get people in the door. You can do this by sharing the show on your social media and through personal invite of people who may be interested. Please make it your goal to bring in 5 guests.

I am currently booking private tours for this event. Current clients who are interested in choosing decor and working with vendors are also encouraged to walk through on this evening. You may share this link for people to register for a tour. www.opendoorvenue.com/events
